It is really good place for everything. There is supermarket right in front of the building. Also very close to shopping and restaurants. The house is spacious enough and clean. The host is also very kind. I definitely gonna stay here again.

Nous avons adoré l'appartement Balcon de Proust. Il est spacieux et très bien équipé. Le lit était super confortable et la chambre spacieuse. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le balcon car le temps était assez frais lorsque nous revenions à l'appartement à la fin de la journée (octobre). Nous aimerions y revenir dans quelques années pour y passer un autre séjour à Paris.

We had a lovely time staying at Le Balcon de Proust. It's wonderfully located in the 8th, with a patisserie, cafe, and Starbucks all across the street. There's also a terrific little market, monoprix, across the street as well, which sells everything from prepared meals, to soap, wine, etc.
The fabulous wrap around balcony was a real bonus for us. We enjoyed having breakfast out there every morning and a glass of wine in the evening. As for the rest of the space, the apartment was bright and well furnished with 2 televisions (1 in bedroom and 1 in the living room) and great wifi service. We didn't really cook in the kitchen, but it had everything we needed. The bedroom was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space and the ensuite bathroom was fine. There is also a doorman, which is handy to note, and 2 elevators serving the building.
All in all, we were really pleased with our choice.

A wonderful apartment very close to my work, comfortable bed, convenient to the metro, small supermarket across the street altogether a lovely place.

Great location, near the underground, supermarket across the street open until late, great balcony and view over the city! The apartment has everything you need to have a nice stay in Paris!
